My film camera is easily make favorite camera to use. It is an old Russian copy of the Leica M2 rangefinder, the FED-3. However, because this camera uses film and I'm not equipped to develop my own film, it is expensive to use. So, I only use it occasionally. Of the digital cameras, the Leica Digilux-3 is the most fun to use. The control layout is virtually identical to the FED-3, which is to say, all the controls are tactile- nohting is buried in menus. If I want to change the shutter speed, I just change the shutter dial to whatever I want it to be. The same with the aperture, which is located on the lens and not on the camera body. However, like all cropped sensor cameras, the viewfinder leaves a lot lacking; for this reason alone, the Canon 5D is the one I use most often. I rarely use the auto-focus function on any of my cameras, and having a nicely sized viewfinder really makes a huge difference.
I hope that I answered the question to your satisfaction.
